Dr.Narayanan V (Trustee and Paediatrician) was presented the Dr.K.S.Sanjivi Award 2007 on 1st July 2007.The award, instituted by CIOSA and Udhavum Ullangal of Chennai was given for his work through Swami Vivekananda Medical Mission in providing medical help to the needy and poor.
This all India award instituted by Bhaorao Deoras Seva Nyas of Lucknow was conferred on Dr.Narayanan V on 3rd March 2008.This was in recognition of his services for the health of the tribes of Attappady at Swami Vivekananda Medical Mission.
For the year 2010 was presented to Swami Vivekananda Medical Mission at Palakkad on 19th February 2011. Samoohya Seva Kendram, Kochi has instituted this award for organizations engaged in service of the poor and underprivileged.
State Bank of India honoured Dr.Narayanan V on State Bank of India Annual day on July 1st 2013 at Thiruvananthapuram for his social work in Attappady
This award instituted by Uthishta , a cultural organisation based in Bengaluru was presented to Swami Vivekananda Medical Mission on 13th November 2013 at Bengaluru by Sri Sri Ravisankar who is the spiritual head of Art of Living Foundation.
Sant Eshwer Award instituted by Sant Eshwer Foundation was presented to the mission for its work for tribal welfare on 14th November 2016 by Hon’ble Speaker of Lok Sabha Srimathi Sumitra Mahajan at New Delhi.
