The project titled “Software Development Training Program (as part of IIESED Project)” was officially inaugurated on 4 th June, 2023 by Sri. Vivek Pillai, Executive Director of Tax, EY-GDS and Sri. Hari Janardhanan, Executive Director of Strategy and Transactions, EY-GDS. The program training 30 educated youths in IT skills, soft-skills and entrepreneurship for a period of 1 year. After the training, a remote IT services business unit will be set-up in Attappady with these youths. After the inauguration program, an interactive session between the Software Development Trainees and the Team EY-GDS was conducted. At the session Sri. Sreejay, Leader EY-GDS,talked about the process and requirements in developing a software. Smt. Chithra, Leader EY-GDS discussed about the personality development and soft skill aspects. 32 trainees from different parts of Attappady participated in the program.
